Help Ukrainian Refugees Access Mental Health!

We continue to support refugees from Ukraine. It is truly amazing what they have been able to create, sustain and grow, especially in Greece. We are grateful to everyone's perseverance in doing this work!

In Greece, Alma Community Holistic Therapies (formerly known as AWB Greece) has been offering weekly clinics since they opened their new space in September. The center offers acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine, chiropractic, and homeopathy to refugees as well as local residents. 

AWB is extremely grateful to all of our volunteers and team leaders for their dedication and creativity as they work to support refugees in need.

No matter what, with the help of many, we continue to show up in order to make the world a better place for all people.

We continue to work closely with our partners in the EU to support refugees from Ukraine. It is truly amazing what they have been able to create, sustain and grow in their communities. 

AWB trained practitioners are going beyond volunteerism to combine service with appropriate remuneration for professional expertise and commitment! The Dutch government approached the AWB NL team and asked them to provide ear acupuncture to families housed in refugee centers throughout the country. A testimonial to their exceptional work throughout the Netherlands.

In Greece, Alma Community Holistic Therapies (formerly known as AWB Greece) is expanding services starting in September at a NEW community center in Athens. The center will enable Alma to offer acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine, chiropractic, and homeopathy to refugees and local residents. Alma is thrilled that the center will also be a great venue for classes and educational events.
