Since its launch in 2020, IntegrarTEC has been designed to prepare talented young people for careers in the rapidly evolving technology sector. Its curriculum has been continuously updated to respond to the changing demands of the tech labor market.
However, the rapid expansion of Artificial Intelligence has created a significant shift in the entry-level job market. Many tasks that used to define junior positions are now automated. To thrive in today’s digital workforce, the new generation of developers must be prepared not only to code, but also to design, guide, and deploy solutions enhanced by AI.
Last year, we undertook a comprehensive review of the program together with technology companies, industry consultants, mentors, and academic specialists to redesign the program’s curriculum. The result is IntegrarTEC 2.0, a redesigned training model.
The 2026 academic program is more intensive, up-to-date, and fully aligned with how software development is practiced today, integrating AI tools and real-world problem-solving from the very beginning of the learning process.
Through this evolution, IntegrarTEC continues to pursue the same mission: equipping talented young people with the digital skills that open the door to quality employment, long-term economic stability, and meaningful social mobility. The stories of our graduates illustrate how access to these opportunities can transform not only individual careers, but entire family trajectories.
Meet Tobías and Stefi
Curious about programming and driven by a strong self-taught mindset, Tobias balanced high school and weekend jobs while exploring web development on his own. He was 18 when he joined IntegrarTEC’s scholarship program.
“I come from a low-income neighborhood in José C. Paz, in the western part of Greater Buenos Aires. After completing the IntegrarTEC program at the end of 2022, I began working freelance as a Full Stack Web Developer and later joined an Argentine company in the same role. With that income, I was able to leave my parents’ home and start building an independent life in a more central, better-connected area.
In mid-2023, I took a major step forward when I joined La Nación, one of Argentina’s leading newspapers, as a Junior Full Stack Developer. Today, I’m a Semi-Senior developer, living in Buenos Aires City and working on the web applications, components, and data automation processes that support the newsroom’s work.”
Stefi is 27 and lives with her partner and their two-year-old daughter in Morón, a city 20km west of Buenos Aires. Her family migrated from Paraguay to Argentina when she was six, in search of better work opportunities. Before joining IntegrarTEC, she worked as a nanny and waitress to help support her household.
After completing IntegrarTEC, she got a position as a Junior Business Analyst at GlobalLogic Latin America, a large outsourcing/digital engineering firm.
“Before IntegrarTEC, I had taken some introductory tech courses and even had a few interviews, but I was always told I needed more experience. During the program, I was able to build real projects and gain the skills I was missing. Getting my first job in tech was a huge moment in my life. Thanks to Integrar, I achieved financial independence and can keep building a better future for my daughter.”
