Adidev was born extremely fragile. Delivered by cesarean section, he was tiny, underweight, and weak, and even his early vaccinations had to be postponed. When he began to walk, his parents noticed that his legs were bent, making each step difficult. After visits to private and government hospitals, the family was asked to wait for two years, hoping that growth would correct the problem. Those years were filled with fear and uncertainty about his future.
At the age of two, Adidev was referred to Sukriti Social Foundation, where his journey took a hopeful turn. With support made possible by GlobalGiving donors, he received orthopaedic care and corrective aids. Over the next few years, timely replacements and continuous medical guidance helped his legs gradually straighten. Each improvement brought renewed hope to his family and reinforced the power of early intervention.
Today, Adidev walks, runs, and plays like any other child. He is now going to Kinder Garden School and enjoying a happy childhood. This transformation was made possible by donors like you whose generosity gave Adidev not just treatment, but dignity, independence, and a future full of possibility.
During the last three months we have reached out to 210 children with 220 aids. We also had our annual event-Children’s Carnival. We had over 200 children who participated and enjoyed all the fun and frolic. Click the youtube link below to see the snippets.
