Every Sunday, Open Circle NADA invites anyone to simply show up and breathe—no expectations, just a space to be. On Mondays, our Women’s Circle offers a sanctuary of calm and support, combining breathwork and gentle movement to help participants reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. For those seeking deeper, personalized care, we also offer one-on-one healing sessions tailored to each person's needs.

In 2024, Alma Community Therapies (Alma) stepped into the challenge—and the promise—of an abandoned space. What once stood empty is now becoming a place of healing, connection, and transformation.

So far in 2025, Alma has come alive with offerings that meet people where they are at this moment. They host individual healing sessions, and on Sundays, Alma offers Open Circle NADA that welcomes all who simply wish to show up and breathe. On Mondays, Alma leads a Women’s Circle—an intentional space for calm, support, and empowerment through breathwork and gentle movement, helping participants reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits.

At Alma, we stand by the core belief - Health and wellbeing is a right, not a privilege.

Alma also believes that the wellbeing of those who serve others is just as vital as the help they give.

In this spirit, Alma launched a 10-week wellness series for frontline workers that started this past February. Each week, the group gathers for reflection, connection, and tools for self-regulation. Practices include grounding exercises, mindful breathing, body scans, gentle movement, community acupuncture, intention-setting, and moments of shared gratitude. Together, they create a sanctuary to reset, to heal, and to continue the difficult work of showing up for others.
