This Ramadan, Share Iftar Meals in Gaza & Syria

On the fourth day of Ramadan, amid the ongoing humanitarian challenges in Gaza, we were able—thanks to your generous support—to organize a small but meaningful initiative for orphaned children at Al-Susi Center in Gaza.

We distributed shawarma sandwiches to the children, offering them not just a meal, but a moment of happiness and normalcy. For many of these children, who have lost their fathers and live in extremely difficult economic conditions, such meals are a rare treat.

The atmosphere during the distribution was filled with smiles and excitement. The children gathered together, enjoying their sandwiches and sharing laughter—simple yet powerful moments that helped ease the weight of their daily struggles. While the initiative may seem modest, its psychological impact was significant. It reminded the children that they are seen, valued, and supported by compassionate people beyond their immediate surroundings.

In environments affected by hardship and instability, even small gestures can restore dignity and bring comfort. Your contribution helped create a positive memory during a time that can otherwise feel heavy for vulnerable families.

In Al-Mahabba Camp in northern Gaza, Mr. Murad lives with his wife and their four children under extremely difficult humanitarian conditions. The family struggles with limited resources, rising prices, and the absence of a stable source of income. Securing a single hot meal has become a real daily challenge for them.

Thanks to your generous contributions, we were able to distribute freshly prepared hot meals to Mr. Murad’s family, providing them with nourishing food at a time when they needed it most. These meals were not just food — they were a message of solidarity and compassion that brought warmth back to their table and moments of comfort to the children despite the harsh circumstances.

Your generosity creates a direct and meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable families, reminding them that they are not alone. Your continued support enables us to reach more families in Al-Mahabba Camp and surrounding areas.
