Dear Donor,

The mission of El Shaddai Charitable is to create homes, shelters, schools and community centres.  Through the surveys conducted our trust came across the women who were homeless and were in need of food, clothing, shelter and care too. Keeping this vision in mind, El Shaddai opened a shelter for homeless women namely House of Hope.

Our shelter is meant to help women who are temporarily without homes. Many of the women do not have financial means to care for them and have faced physical and emotional abuse. We provide food, vocational training, medical facilities, counselling and all other necessary needs.

The women in this home are currently involved in tailoring, embroidery and art work. We encourage women to take up financially viable professions based on their skill assessment. Currently our women at our shelter are involved in stitching hand bags, hand embroidery, patch work, door mat, scrunchies made out of waste material. They are enjoying their stay and have made their life stable. The self-learning skills give them self-confidence and help them look at their life with a healthy mindset. Through your act of kindness, we are able to ensure care and support for the abandoned, aging and destitute women with shelter, food, clothing, and healthcare. Every day the women keep themselves busy and engaged

Every month a routine medical checkup is done for all the inmates at the shelter by the Doctors. Counselling sessions are held on a weekly basis so that the women get another chance to lead a normal life.

It's a reminder for the entire team of El Shaddai and well-wishers like you to see how far we have come. Your continued support has striven to become more effective in the lives of needy women at our shelter giving them a new start to life.

Thanking you all for your continued love and support.
