Thank you for supporting JAY4T’s mission to equip 100 unemployed youth in Kenya with the skills, knowledge, resources, and networks they need to build sustainable livelihoods. Because of your generosity, we are moving closer to our goal of training and equipping 100 young entrepreneurs with practical skills, mentorship, and access to opportunities.
From January to June 2025, we hosted the Xchange Bazaar series, an interactive networking and skills exchange event that brought young people together to explore entrepreneurship pathways. We also launched the Employment Collective, a community-driven platform that connects Kenya's youth with job opportunities, entrepreneurship resources, skill development opportunities, and peer support.
Our team continues to work directly with young people through organising programmes, mentorship and follow-up sessions to better understand their challenges and tailor support that helps them succeed. We had a successful partnership with Peak Data Consultants, with 25 youth, proudly sponsored by JAY4T, completing the Women in Sales for a Greener Future Program. As part of this programme, they received sales training tailored to the green economy. Job linkages are underway.
