We believe that women forcibly displaced from Artsakh deserve a future worth looking forward to. The path to a new life is complex, and our mission is to partner with these women to navigate the journey with dignity. Having already empowered over 250 women through our professional reintegration programs, we have developed a proven 3-step synergy for economic independence: high-demand vocational education, professional certification, and the provision of essential tools to jumpstart their entry.
For thousands of women forcibly displaced from Artsakh, the transition to a new life in a new community means starting entirely from scratch. Having lost their homes, their stability, and their professional foundations, they now face the overwhelming hurdle of rebuilding a livelihood in an unfamiliar economy. Without a way to bridge the gap between their past and their new reality, these women, many of whom are now the sole providers for their families, remain in a state of economic uncertainty.
Unlike one-time financial donations, that offer only short-term relief, our project builds sustainable self-reliance via a 3-Step Pipeline: 1. Market-Driven Selection: Matching talents with local demand in fields like SMM, Design, and crafts. 2. Professional Certification: Intensive training provides the credentials needed to be competitive. 3. Jumpstart Toolkit: We provide each woman with the specific professional tools needed to start working.
By focusing on sustainable employment, we ensure that families are not dependent on aid but are instead integrated into the economy. 1. Stability: Skills build a permanent household foundation. 2. Continuity: Toolkits ensure a transition to work. 3. Ecosystem: Support via Women's Club & "Buy from Artsakh" (4,300+ members). 4. Proven Success: Having reintegrated 250 women, this model restores work dignity to secure long-term futures for entire communities.
