In honor of Earth Day, help support a new environmental superhero co-developed by children.
Luh Ayu Manik is a schoolgirl from Bali who transforms into a superhero (Luh Ayu Manik Mas) to address environmental issues.
Luh Ayu Manik (Mas) was co-created by children via social media and with on the ground workshops. With your help, she will engage children in dialogue about specific things children can do to improve the environment. A local creative team (local writers, illustrators, animators, musicians, language experts and environmentalists) will then turn these adventures into musical public service videos and open source digital books (which will be available in the superhero's native Balinese language along with the national Indonesian language and English).
Wherever you are in the world, help children have an environmental champion who they co-create.
