Respected Donor,
As our second phase of rehabilitation work, CHHASE started livelihood awareness campaigns and explained about simple methods to save money through kitchen gardens, easy methods of growing chickens, turkey birds, bee keeping, starting a cooperative sewing business, cattle rearing, etc. We have selected 60 women for sewing and beautician trainings, their training will start in this month end. Now the people are relieved from the damged situation, they are now looking for livelyhood.
we are on the process of giving incomegenerating programs for 3000 people from Changanassery,Alleppey, Tiruvalla, Chengannur surroundings in sewing, beautician, food processing, computer trainings. If they are trained, they will become self employed and can earn a living.
