Dear friends, dear donors,
We are proud to share an update from the Lighthouse of Knowledge project, in our 12th report, as we actively work on the preparation of the 9th generation of the program.
This period has been dedicated to innovation and redesign, focusing on new activities and formats that will shape the next phase of the program. Rather than reflecting on past results, we’ve been working on strengthening the foundation for what comes next.
Key areas of development for Generation 9:
Introducing new thematic tracks centered on community innovation, digital creativity, and future-ready youth skills
Redesigning the project development process, prioritizing local testing before scaling
Expanding and refreshing the mentor network with impact-driven professionals across sectors
These initiatives have helped us validate the direction for the upcoming generation and are now being embedded into the upgraded program model.
As we look ahead, our focus is clear: to build a stronger, more relevant, and more accessible Lighthouse experience for young change-makers across Serbia.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in our process.
With appreciation,
The ASK team
