Dear Donors,
You may have been wondering why there has not been an update from us for some time.
While preparing for our next donation, we were deeply saddened by the loss of our Consultant Mr. Chandima Perera, who passed away in Australia during a short holiday. We remain profoundly grateful for the guidance and support he extended to us over the past three years, which greatly strengthened this project. May his soul rest in peace.
At present, we are preparing for our next donation: a Telescopic Nail System for the Orthopedic Unit at Lady Ridgeway Hospital (LRH). We will share further updates once this donation has been completed.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to you for your continued support of this project and the contributions made to the Orthopedic Unit at LRH—the premier children’s hospital in Sri Lanka, serving patients free of charge. Your generosity has helped correct disabilities in children and supported orthopedic treatments that enable them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
May you and your families be blessed abundantly.
Kind regards,
Suranjani Wickremeratne
