Education is the cornerstone of progress, and for underprivileged students, access to resources can turn aspirations into reality. This school year, Libtong Integrated School is proud to stand alongside the Gawad Pangarap Foundation, Inc., a San Diego-based non-profit dedicated to uplifting intellectually gifted yet indigent youth through education.

Since 2015, Gawad Pangarap has supported elementary graduates in Tagudin, starting with Tagudin National High School and expanding to include other integrated schools—including Libtong Integrated School. Their mission: to break cycles of poverty by providing financial aid, school supplies, uniforms, and allowances, enabling students to thrive academically without the burden of financial stress.

This year, LIS students are direct beneficiaries of Gawad Pangarap’s generosity, receiving cash allowances and essential school materials. These resources ease the financial strain on families and send a powerful message: your potential matters, and we’re invested in your success.

Gawad Pangarap's commitment to education as a tool for change has transformed lives across Tagudin, Ilocos Sur. Their impact is profound: over 10 years, they’ve graduated 18 high school scholars, with 3 earning college degrees in 2025 alone.

For Libtong Integrated School, this partnership is more than just support—it’s a bridge to a brighter future for our students.
