It's been another exciting term of learning at EducAid's Maronka Primary School!
The new school year began on a rainy 9th September 2025 with 100 children singing and marching into Maronka for getting-to-know-you and carousel learning activities.
Activity-based learning continues to be central in each Maronka classroom. Throughout the first term, children developed their literacy and numeracy on self-paced tablets whilst also playing learning games for a combination of high and low-tech activity-based learning.
Maronka pupils and their teachers also explored the community around them, stopping on a walk to learn about about different construction vehicles and their purpose. Construction workers answered pupil and teacher questions, explaining each stage of how roads are made.
In October, Maronka pupils celebrated Newspaper Day, working together to create a Maronka Primary School newspaper in only one day. A difficult, but fun task! Everyone worked together to make sure they meet their deadline.
Every day at Maronka is an adventure of learning.
Thank you for helping to make this possible with your continued support.
