Project Overview
Mental health remains a deeply neglected aspect of public health in many parts of the world, and Rwanda is no exception. Youth, in particular, face growing challenges, including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stigma surrounding mental health issues. This project aims to empower 500 Rwandan youth with knowledge, tools, and resources to understand, manage, and seek help for mental health concerns.
Through awareness sessions, workshops, and peer support programs, we seek to foster an environment of openness, resilience, and hope.
Objective
To increase awareness and understanding of mental health among 500 young people across Rwanda, reduce stigma, and encourage access to mental health services.

Call for Support
We are calling on our donors, partners, and well-wishers to stand with us. Any amount - however small - can make a difference. Your contribution will go directly towards creating safe, supportive spaces for young people to learn about mental health and access the help they need.
Why This Matters:
Mental health is not a luxury - it is a necessity. By empowering young people with knowledge and support, we are not only helping individuals but also building a healthier, more resilient Rwanda.
Conclusion
Together, we can break the silence, fight the stigma, and bring hope to hundreds of youth in Rwanda. We sincerely thank you in advance for your generous support.
