This project expands clean water education and strengthens early reading access for vulnerable youth, ensuring healthier households, safer learning spaces, and greater long-term opportunity for children and families.
In Kilifi County, Kenya, remote Watha villages need sustained WASH education to prevent waterborne illness. In 2025, 556 people were trained across 6 villages, but distance and transport costs limit consistent follow-up. In Lusaka, Zambia, 1,680 pupils rely on MYEP literacy sessions, yet damaged facilities, limited books, and transport barriers threaten program continuity in already under-resourced schools.
