Through teamwork and the creation of original business ideas, kids develop real-world skills and see themselves as capable innovators. Program fee per child: 50,000. Help us support as many children as possible for the opportunity of a lifetime!
Many school environments overlook the fundamental skills essential to long-term success. This developmental gap leaves many children, particularly those who learn differently, disconnected and hesitant about their potential.
The Nagareyama L.E.A.D. program is a 13-week session that changes children's perspectives on learning and collaborating with others. The program's central focus is to give children the opportunity to speak, share ideas, and be heard in a safe, supportive environment. Children gain hands-on experience by reaching a milestone: delivering a final presentation on a business idea they created. This project enhances communication, critical thinking, and confidence in their potential.
The program promotes positive developmental growth by helping children build vital social-emotional skills, enabling them to see themselves as capable innovators. By providing a safe space to be heard and collaborate, the program lays a foundation for resilience, self-efficacy, and adaptive learning that benefits them well beyond the classroom, but into their careers and communities.
