In the sun-kissed heart of Africa, a transformative opportunity awaits—a chance to harness the power of the heavens and light up lives. Our state-of-the-art solar panel project isn’t just about energy; it’s about empowerment.
The Vision
Households: We’re bringing solar systems to 50 households. Imagine rooftops adorned with gleaming panels, capturing sunlight and converting it into hope. These families will no longer be at the mercy of erratic electricity cuts.
Local Farms: Down on the fertile soil, we’re installing 10 solar-powered systems for aquaponic farms. Fish and crops will thrive, nourishing the community. It’s a symphony of sustainability.
Schools: In classrooms where knowledge blooms, darkness often descends. But not anymore. We’re placing 10 solar systems in schools, ensuring uninterrupted learning—even during those 11-hour power cuts.
The Ripple Effect
Education: When the lights stay on, minds stay curious. Students will read, write, and dream. Solar panels become textbooks, teaching resilience and possibility.
Healthier Communities: Solar energy means more than just electricity. It means refrigerated vaccines, well-lit clinics, and healthier lives.
Showcasing Africa’s Potential: Zimbabwe becomes a beacon. A testament to what solar and renewable energy can achieve. Other nations will look and say, “We can do this too.”
Our Efforts over the past 6 months…
With your donations and the support of InnovateUK we have been able to Gove solar power to 20 schools and 50 homes in South Africa and Zimbabwe in 2024, this has been life changing and comes at a time where energy bills in South Africa have increased by 120% over 3 months and the government have resorted to oil and coal bring for power with no signs of changing to renewable energy any time soon. With your support we are helping people in poverty access power to give them the tools to change their future but also giving them a renewable and clean source of power at the same time!
