Thanks for awareness on organic cultivation

By Dr. vincent paul | Director

Dear Donor !

Greetings from CHHASE India !

Your support enable us to give awareness to farmers to adopt healthy organic method to cultivate. With our regular programs, they are now know well about organic cultivation. CHHASE is implementing tree planting and awareness program in schools, planting in waste lands and in schools and also we started organic food awareness.

With your support, we have cultivated few vegetable plants to give farmers awaeness. We are educating farmers to raise country chickens to earn and educate their children without any problems. The photo’s are attached for your view.

Why are organic vegetables good for you?

Organic produce may have more of certain antioxidants and types of flavonoids, which have antioxidant properties. Omega-3 fatty acids. The feeding requirements for organic farm animals (livestock) usually cause higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids. These include feeding cattle grass and alfalfa.

According to USDA data, organic foods have fewer pesticide residues than conventionally grown produce. But the amounts for both types of produce are within the level for safe consumption.

Why is organic important?

Organic farmers rely on a whole ecosystem to keep pests under control, where animals like beetles and birds feed on pests such as aphids and slugs. If pesticides were substituted for more sustainable farming practices like organic, this could slow or reverse the decline in insects!

We are creating maximum awareness to farmers, general public about organic products. With your support, we are able to reach more people. Yet we may need more time to spread word about the benefits organic food.

CHHASE thanking all our monthly recurring donors. Such donations are our strength and it is pushing our projects to success.

We would love to hear your feedback, comments & Suggestion on our program.

Best Wishes,

Team CHHASE India.....
