Women Facing Contamination in Drinking water near Kakamega Kenya
The rural areas of Kakamega County of Kenya facing contamination in drinking water, the majority of people using borehole water for drinking purposes and travels from 1 to 2 km sometime to fetch drinking water for the families’ usage
AHD saw the poor conditions of rural women and women usually sick due to water borne diseases. The attached pictures show how women fetching water and taking water to their homes is not safe and clean,
AHD looking opportunity to help rural Kenya with Nadi filter technology and we hope this project will enable AHD to startup trainings and help rural Kenya
