- 60% participate in job fairs or professional events
- 55% improve understanding of their rights and administrative procedures
- 50% gain confidence and social inclusion through cultural activities
Why This Matters
For adults facing barriers to employment, motivation alone is not enough.Language difficulties, limited access to information, and unfamiliarity with the job market can lead to long-term unemployment and social isolation.
SFM addresses these barriers through language learning, employment support, access to rights, and cultural engagement, equipping participants with the skills, confidence, and autonomy needed for sustainable integration.
Cultural activities, such as museum visits or group workshops, help participants understand society, build social connections, and strengthen self-confidence, which are essential for lasting inclusion.
By supporting this project, donors directly help adults gain independence, secure employment, and create opportunities for themselves and their families.
