Dear Supporters,
Warm greetings from the U9change Team.
Following our November update, we are grateful to share encouraging progress from the field as our mission to support the Bajau children continues to grow in depth and impact. Your generosity is not only sustaining this work—it is strengthening it.
Continued Progress in the Field
Expanded Distribution and Measurable Impact
Since our last report, we have extended the distribution of essential health kits to two additional coastal villages. Families have reported noticeable reductions in common infections, particularly among young children. Community leaders have shared that access to basic hygiene supplies has eased the burden on families who previously had little to no medical support.
Strengthening Health Education Partnerships
We have begun collaborating with two local schools to pilot simple health education sessions integrated into weekly classes. These lessons focus on handwashing, safe water practices, and illness prevention. Teachers are now equipped with practical materials that allow health awareness to continue beyond our workshops.
Growing Community Trust
Perhaps most meaningful is the deepening trust between our team and the Bajau families. Parents are increasingly participating in discussions about long-term health solutions.
Looking Ahead
As we move toward early 2026, our priorities remain clear:
• Reach one more remote Bajau settlement to complete our expansion goal.
• Explore partnerships with regional clinics to establish referral pathways for urgent cases.
Every step forward reflects your compassion in action. What began as emergency health support is gradually becoming a foundation for lasting change.
Thank you for continuing to stand with the Bajau children. Because of you, health is improving, knowledge is spreading, and hope is taking root in communities that have long been overlooked.
Together, we are building not only healthier lives, but brighter futures.
With sincere gratitude,
