Dear HOPE Supporter,
Thank you for your continued support to helping children with severe burns. While we continue to provide follow-up care for our patients who have already received surgical care, our team is busy on the ground identifying patients who are eligible for surgery. While there are many patients in need of life-changing surgery, those in remote communities are unaware that they can get the help they need at HOPE Hospital. Our team is therefore constantly looking to raise awareness and reach communities who might not have heard about our program before. We want to ensure that the efforts of our team are most effective and have recently started a new stratey. We are networking with local doctors to notify them of the care that we provide and the fact that they can refer patients to us at any stage after the patient's injury. This has resulted in a great increase in patients referred to us, and we are looking forward to these patients going back home and spreading the word about our burn program.
