Dear friends,
When we entered the Neonatology Unit last week, Nurse Festime’s face lit up the moment she saw the delivery boxes.
Inside those boxes were vital CPAP machine accessories — small parts that help the tiniest babies breathe.
For three long years, Festime and her team have been using the same worn-out parts, carefully cleaning and reusing them because replacements were impossible to find.
But thanks to you, the donors, the wait is finally over.
Your generosity brought relief to a nurse who fights every day to keep fragile newborns alive — and gave a second breath to the babies who depend on her care.
Festime said it best:
“These babies depend on us, and now we finally have what we need to help them.”
You made this possible.
Your gift didn’t just deliver equipment — it delivered hope, safety, and the tools of life.
Yet the need doesn’t stop here.
Each CPAP machine needs regular replacement parts to stay reliable.
We don’t want Festime and her team to wait another three years before they can breathe easier, too.
You can continue to be the hero in this story — ensuring every baby has the air they need to live.
Your donation today will help us purchase more of these critical accessories so the Neonatology Unit always has enough to go around.
With deep gratitude,
The Mother and Child Hospital Foundation Team
