Dear Donor
In Nariman Orphan Camp in northern Syria, young Mahmoud lives with his mother and little sister Hala, after losing their father four years ago in a tragic explosion in the city of Azaz. Since that painful day, their mother has carried the heavy responsibility of caring for her two children alone, while enduring the harsh conditions of displacement.
As part of our continuous efforts to ease the suffering of the most vulnerable families, bread was distributed to Mahmoud’s family, providing them with a vital source of food that helps them survive the difficult days of exile. Though simple in form, this support carries a great impact—it ensures the children have their daily sustenance and gives their mother a sense of reassurance despite the loss of their provider.
This ongoing assistance would not have been possible without your generous contributions. With your support, we were able to bring relief to Mahmoud and Hala, and to plant a small smile on faces burdened by loss and need.
On behalf of Mahmoud’s family, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our kind donors, and we pray that your giving will remain a source of blessings and reward.
