SYS TEAM STILL IN THE FEILD

Dear Esteemed Donors and Supporters,

As we move into the new year, the team at the Support Yemeni Society Organization—along with the thousands of internally displaced persons (IDPs) we serve- extends our warmest wishes to you and your families. We are writing to share a vital update on our project, PROVIDE CLEAN WATER FOR 5000 IDPs IN YEMEN, and to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering commitment. Your contributions are not merely donations; they are a lifeline for families facing unimaginable hardship.

The Winter Crisis: Why Your Support is Vital

In Yemen, winter brings more than just a drop in temperature; it brings a heightened risk of waterborne illnesses and increased difficulty in accessing basic necessities. For IDPs living in makeshift camps, clean water is the first line of defense against disease.

Thanks to your generosity, the SYS Team recently successfully distributed over 20,000 liters of clean water to the most vulnerable IDP camps in Sana'a. This intervention has provided immediate relief to hundreds of families who otherwise would have gone without.

Voices from the Field

The impact of your support is best expressed by those whose lives have been changed. Here is what some of our beneficiaries had to say:

"Before this distribution, we had to walk for miles or rely on stagnant water that made my children sick. Having clean water delivered to our camp feels like a miracle. Thank you for not forgetting us." — Fatima, mother of four in a Sana’a IDP camp

"Water is life. In this cold, we struggle for everything, but knowing our water is safe to drink gives us one less thing to fear. May God bless those who sent this to us." — Mohammed, an elderly displaced community member.

Ensuring Sustainability: How You Can Help

  • While we celebrate this milestone, the need remains urgent. To ensure the continuity and sustainability of our efforts, we invite you to consider initiating a MONTHLY DONATION towards our project. Consistent Impact: A modest recurring contribution allows us to plan long-term distributions and respond faster to emergencies.
  • Sustainability: Monthly support ensures that the water trucks never stop running, even when global attention shifts.

Community Growth: We also kindly ask you to share our project with your friends and family. .

Dear Generous Supporters,

Should you have any queries or require further information, please feel free to contact Mr. Ahmed Al-Qadhi at alhosam82@gmail.com

With heartfelt gratitude,
