Hope Beneath the Rubble: Providing Clean Water to Yasmin and Her Children in Gaza

By MUHAMMED DEEBEH | Project leader

Dear Donor

In the heart of Gaza City, beneath the rubble of a home that once held their dreams, lives Mrs. Yasmin with her three children. She shelters under the shattered remains of her destroyed house, struggling every single day to keep her family alive. It is a pain beyond words to lose your husband and your home in a single moment, and to stand alone facing fear, hunger, and thirst while three little ones look to you for safety.

Amid these unbearable circumstances, Amal Al-Umma Organization delivered clean and safe drinking water to Yasmin’s family — a critical lifeline to protect their health and dignity, especially with the severe shortage of potable water and the rising spread of diseases across Gaza.

Today, access to clean water has become a matter of survival. Thousands of families live without shelter or basic services, relying on the compassion of those who choose to stand with them. Your support is what truly makes a difference; it quenches a child’s thirst, shields a family from illness, and restores hope where everything else has been lost.

Your continued generosity ensures that water, food, and essential aid reach families surviving beneath the wreckage, still holding onto hope for a safer tomorrow.

Thank you for extending mercy in the darkest hours.
Together, we can bring life back to hearts worn down by grief.
