Dear Donor
Hundreds of Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip live under a severe blockade that has completely destroyed the infrastructure, making clean water one of the rarest necessities. With contaminated networks and electricity outages, access to safe drinking water has become a matter of life and death for children and displaced families in the camps.
In one of the camps in Al-Nuseirat area, central Gaza, lives the family of the young boy Yahya. Yahya tries to hold onto his childhood under circumstances far from ordinary. He lives with his mother, who struggles daily to meet their needs, his sister Fatima, and his elderly grandmother, whose suffering increases every day due to the lack of safe drinking water.
Thanks to your generous donations and continued humanitarian support, we at Amal Alumma Organization were able to reach this family and provide them with a sufficient supply of clean water, giving them safety, nourishment, and life for several days amidst these harsh conditions.
The scene was deeply touching…
When Yahya’s mother saw the water deliveries arrive at their tent, tears overcame her—not only from the dire need but also because someone in the world still remembered them. Yahya happily carried one of the small water containers, as if holding a precious treasure. He began distributing water to his grandmother and sister in a pure, childlike moment that reflects the hardship they endure daily.
This small supply of water became a beacon of hope for them, proving that your support continues to sustain families trapped in Gaza.
Your generosity is what makes such initiatives possible, giving these families the strength to endure one more day under siege.
Thank you… because of you, life still flows in Gaza.
