1. Project Overview
The Provide Medical Aid for Civilians in Palestine Now project was launched to respond to the urgent healthcare crisis caused by the ongoing conflict. The project focuses on delivering life-saving medical supplies, supporting local clinics, and assisting vulnerable civilians—especially children, women, and persons with disabilities—who have been directly affected by violence, displacement, and the collapse of basic services.
2. Progress in the Last 3 Months
Despite limited resources and extremely challenging conditions, the project made meaningful progress during this quarter:
Distributed essential medical kits (bandages, antibiotics, pain relief, and medications for chronic diseases) to approximately 120 patients.
Provided mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches) for 10 individuals with permanent or temporary injuries.
Supplied one local clinic in Bethlehem with emergency medical resources, benefiting around 300 community members.
Conducted a first-aid training workshop for 20 local volunteers, equipping them with basic emergency response skills.
3. Beneficiary Impact
Direct beneficiaries (3 months): 450 individuals
Indirect beneficiaries: 1,000 family members and community members who benefited from the distributed supplies, clinic support, or trained volunteers.
One family in Aida Camp shared:
“The medical kit we received helped us treat our son’s injury when we couldn’t afford hospital care. It made us feel less alone in these difficult times.”
4. Current Challenges
Critical shortages of essential medications such as insulin and antibiotics.
Rising demand as more families are displaced and healthcare facilities remain overwhelmed.
Increasing costs of medical supplies and transportation due to regional instability.
5. Plans for the Next Quarter
Extend support to an additional 100 patients, prioritizing individuals with chronic illnesses and children with special medical needs.
Partner with local organizations to develop a mobile medical team to reach isolated communities.
Conduct an additional first-aid workshop to train 20 more community volunteers.
6. Call for Support
The healthcare crisis remains critical, and every contribution—no matter the size—makes a real difference. With your continued support, we can reach more families in urgent need of medical aid. Together, we can save lives and restore hope in the midst of unimaginable hardship.
7. Gratitude
We extend our deepest thanks to every donor who has supported this project so far. Your generosity is helping Palestinian civilians survive, recover, and find strength despite these unprecedented challenges.
