We’re thrilled to share that our Lombok project is now 90% funded — we’re only $2,000 away from reaching our final goal! Your continued generosity keeps the doors of Bumi Sehat Lombok open and our community cared for. Our small but steadfast team continues to show up every day for families who depend on us. In this part of Lombok, many mothers and babies still face preventable health risks—bleeding, infection, high blood pressure—compounded by distance and limited access to hospitals. That’s why a community-based clinic like Bumi Sehat Lombok is such a lifeline.
We know this project might not sound “exciting” — it’s not a new program or a direct medical service — but it’s just as essential. Repairing and replacing critical infrastructure is an indirect yet vital form of patient care. A strong roof, reliable facilities, and safe spaces for births ensure our midwives can continue their lifesaving work in dignity and safety.
Thanks to your donations, we’ve already been able to protect our clinic with a new roof. Now, with your help to close this final $2,000 gap, we can repay the loan and secure the future of the clinic for the families who need us most.
