This year has been a milestone for Rainforest Protectors Trust. Thanks to your generosity, our Rainforest Conservation and Education Center property in Sri Lanka has been purchased, and efforts are underway to finalize its setup—transforming it into a hub of hope, learning, and protection for one of the world’s most vital ecosystems.
By purchasing and permanently protecting privately held threatened rainforest land in Sri Lanka, Rainforest Protectors Trust is securing one of the planet’s most critical ecosystems against deforestation and exploitation. Every acre safeguarded ensures endangered species have a home, local communities retain clean water and sustainable livelihoods, and the world benefits from a stronger defense against climate change.
As we look ahead, Rainforest Protectors Trust remains committed to expanding the protected buffer zone by purchasing additional acres of privately held forest land for conservation. With continued support, we can strengthen conservation initiatives, broaden educational outreach, and safeguard even more rainforest land for future generations. Together, we are not only protecting biodiversity but also building a legacy of resilience, sustainability, and hope that will endure for decades to come.
