Ramadan Appeal: Strengthening Support for Vulnerable Families in Gaza and Syria

By MUHAMMED DEEBEH | Project leader

Dear Valued Supporters,

As the month of Ramadan approaches, the humanitarian needs of vulnerable families in Gaza and Syria become even more urgent. While Ramadan is a significant period for many communities, for thousands of families it arrives amid severe hardship, food insecurity, and ongoing displacement.

In Gaza, prolonged crisis conditions have left many families struggling to meet their most basic needs. Access to sufficient food remains a daily challenge, particularly for widows, orphans, and elderly individuals. In northern Syria, displaced families living in camps continue to face extreme poverty, rising living costs, and limited income opportunities, relying heavily on humanitarian assistance for survival.

Increasing support during this period can make a meaningful difference. It enables families to access essential food supplies, reduces daily stress, and helps restore dignity and a sense of stability—especially for children who are among the most affected by these conditions.

With your generous support, our efforts focus on:

  • Providing food baskets and essential supplies to the most vulnerable families
  • Supporting widows, orphans, and households that have lost their primary income earner
  • Assisting displaced families in camps throughout Gaza and Syria

Your contribution during this time is more than short-term relief—it is a powerful act of solidarity and compassion. It helps alleviate suffering, strengthens community resilience, and delivers hope to those facing some of the most difficult circumstances.

We are deeply grateful for your continued trust and support in helping us reach families in need in Gaza and Syria.

With sincere appreciation,
