Dear supports I am Anita Azeem, and I'm still trying to put into words how grateful I am for your kindness. Living in Bhusi, Pirmahal, with my husband Azeem and our little one, life was perfect until the floods swept everything away. Our home, our belongings, everything we worked so hard for - gone in an instant. I remember the desperation, the fear, and the helplessness. My child crying for milk, my husband's defeated look... it was like our world had ended.
But then, like a ray of sunshine, your support through Society for Human Development reached us. The ration, the milk for our child... it wasn't just a donation; it was a lifeline. It was a reminder that there are still people who care, who understand our pain, and who want to help. I broke down in tears when I received it, not just because of the food, but because of the hope you gave us.
Your kindness touched our hearts, and it gave us the strength to start rebuilding. We're slowly picking up the pieces, and it's because of you. You've helped us put food on the table, smiles on our faces, and hope in our hearts. You've given us a chance to start anew, and for that, we'll always be thankful.
Thank you for being a part of our journey, for believing in us, and for helping us recreate a brighter future.
