Little Lilian lives with her mother in the city of Azaz, northern Syria.
She never had the chance to know her father — she lost him when she was only one month old.
Her father had set out on a dangerous journey across the sea, hoping to reach Europe in search of a better life for his family. But that dream was lost forever when the boat sank amid the merciless waves.
Today, Lilian grows up without knowing what fatherhood means — only the stories her mother tells her about his love and sacrifices.
Thanks to your kind support, our team has been able to provide financial sponsorship to Lilian and her mother, helping them cover their basic needs and giving them hope for a more stable and dignified life.
