We have been getting your high valued liberal support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from our heart.
The cyclone fani was a destroyer and it washed out around 10000 villages completely. Destroyed electricity polls, Transmitters, roof tops of buildings and uprooted around 10 million trees.
With your generous contribution, apart from initial 10000 food paockets during cyclone, we have distributed rice, bed sheets, sarees, towels, school bags, note books, writing materials, taurpaulines Etc to 800 affected in Dandikera, Deshpura sottampur, Dekhata and Dalavanapur of Nimapura block, Puri district.
There is no electricity, even after two months. People are still waiting for relief materials. Around 500 housing in need and around 15000 children need school kits, 10000 houses need roofs and so on. We cannot describe the loss to the property of people and they may need 20 years to become normal.
As a initial rehabibilation, we need to provide 100 houses and 1000 school kits. Our FANI victims are waiting for the help from out side. Kindly tell your friends, colleagues and relatives to help for this noble cause and to save them from critical position.
