342 Forest & 92 Fruit trees plantation near Jati

Children love to plant trees at their house
AHD working for rural farming communities since 2003-2004 and promoting village solutions, the kitchen gardening and tree plantation is the top priority of AHD programs. In some 520 male and female CBOs (community based organization) AHD introduced to plant a 1 fruit tree at their house and than 10 trees at their agricultural lands. So far some 434 tree planted near Jati Taluka district Sujawal Sindh.
Further AHD plan made to plant 15,000 trees during July to August 2014 season for farmers in Jati area district Sujawal. The project will help poor rural communities to plant more trees at their household level and in their agricultural lands. For more information please feel free to email at info@ahdpak.org

A women from rural area enjoying FES Model cooking stove near New Danbaloo Badin Pakistan
A women prepared AHD model cooking stove 1 year back in her village Amershi Kolhi Union Council Hajji Sawan, Taluka Matli District Badin. During visit of Mr. Muhammad Bux Khaskheli, program manager AHD for livelihood & DRR conducted visit in her village. During visit she was cooking on her cooking stove and very happy that now her family saved from smoke and 50% reduction in wood collection from outside. She further share that their all village women using this Nadi filter and now women and children healthy and we all enjoy cooking on this stove.
We all thankful of the AHD + Global Giving providing us opportunity to learn the cooking stove and now we trained to keep maintain our cooking stove at our household level.

A Lady from poor family using AHD model cooking stove near Hajji Sawan, Matli Mrs. Chettan Kumari a resident village
Arjun Kolhi. Near Matli using AHD Model Fuel Efficient Cooking Stove since last 6 months for their family, since she started cooking on this stove, she share that there is no smoke and sickness due to smoke of cooking stove in their family . She is very happy since she constructed AHD model cooking stove, Mrs. Chettan also share that their nearby families and other village families, their relatives also learn this technology and installed at their household level, we
