182,500,000 KG wood save on using 100,000 Fuel Efficient Cooking Stove rural women in Sindh
Association for Humanitarian Development working on sustainable solutions and every year reach 5,000 to 10,000 families of rural areas using wood for cooking purposes, still a large sector of about 65% rural communities in Pakistan using wood for fire and cooking purposes as there is no Gas facility available for rural village communities in Sindh Pakistan.
Estimate from 2011 to 2021 in past 10 years AHD reached 100,000 poor rural families with Fuel Efficient cooking stove installation and as per estimate these 100,000 cooking stove saving wood of 182,500,000 kg which is almost in 40kg MOUND 4,562,500 and in tons 228,125.
The Gas emissions and trees have been saved on large scale from fire and rural families also planting new trees, let us join hands for this innovative project to create new impact and milestone by helping 100,000 families more in next 2 years.
