Before the installation of Fuel Efficient Stove Women using wood for cooking purposes will inhale smoke during cooking and subsequently damage their health, hygiene and environment. Wood used for cooking purposes also results in the loss of trees, which directly effects climate change. Fuel Effiecient cooking stoves which is efficient in working as well as well as reduced the consumption of wood and dual stoves operates at the same time. it consumes 50% less wood more than 165,000 cooking stove have been installed by AHD team. It saves daily 825,000 kg wood from burning. In 12 months 9,900,000 kg and 2,475,500 mounds woods are saving through fuel efficient stove. Its the big contribution by AHD to save the lives from harmful effects of climate change.
