Hope Rising Homes Foundation is about providing safe homes for Orphans, Vulnerable and At-Risk Children. Our goal is to provide hope for these children so they can attain a brighter future and a vision of life beyond their present vulnerable situations. As our name is, we hope to give them a better life.
Nigeria continues to face a serious challenge with orphans and vulnerable children, with previous estimates indicating that over 17 million children fall within this category. Many of these children live in extremely fragile conditions, some are cared for by elderly or impoverished relatives, while others live on the streets or in unsafe environments. As a result, they are exposed to high risks of abuse, sexual exploitation, child labor, neglect, and denial of basic rights such as education.
This project will provide a safe and permanent home for vulnerable children, significantly reducing their suffering. It will nurture their growth by offering love, care, nutritious meals, quality education, and age-appropriate activities. Through early and continuous education, the project will equip these children with the skills and values needed to become responsible citizens and build a brighter, more secure future.
Over the long term, the project will raise a generation of healthy, educated, and emotionally stable young people who are empowered to break the cycle of poverty and vulnerability. By providing a strong foundation of care, education, and values from an early age, beneficiaries will grow into responsible, self-reliant adults who contribute positively to their communities. As these children mature, the impact will extend beyond the individual to families and the wider community.
