This quarter marks a significant leap forward for our Animal Birth Control (ABC) & Sterilization Program—both in impact and infrastructure. As we celebrated five years of compassionate service on May 19, 2025, we also completed a major milestone: the expansion of our sterilization clinic to meet the growing needs of India’s stray animal population.
Clinic Expansion: From a Dream to Reality
Three years ago, our clinic began as a single cramped room. Today, thanks to your generosity and tireless fundraising, we’ve transformed it into a comprehensive surgical and recovery facility. The expansion includes:
A new, bigger operating theater
A dedicated diagnostic lab
A pre-op and recovery area
Upgraded surgical lights and anesthesia machine
More high-durability kennels to house anxious street dogs pre- and post-op
Large clinic, treatment area, and OP waiting area
This wasn’t a small undertaking—it involved months of planning, appeals, coordination with contractors, and equipment installation. We are proud to say, it’s all been worth it.
The Impact: Lives Touched, Future Prevented

Each sterilization prevents future suffering, helps control overpopulation, and reduces conflict between animals and communities. Our goal is to scale to 200 sterilizations per month, a critical benchmark for sustainable impact.
Urgent Needs: Help Us Keep the Surgeries Going
Despite our facility upgrades, operational bottlenecks remain. We can only do as much as our manpower and equipment allow. To increase sterilization capacity, we urgently need:
Veterinary Technician
Dog Catchers & a Driver
Second Ambulance, customized with inbuilt kennels
Monthly operational funds (fuel, salaries, medicines)
We’re seeking $1,000 in recurring monthly support to cover these needs. You can make this happen by:

It’s a small amount to change hundreds of lives each month.
