In the final quarter of 2025, our project successfully transitioned from providing basic recreational activities to establishing a "Learning Ecosystem." We focused on mental health resilience, peer-to-peer mentorship, and family strengthening. By empowering our "Little Ant Leaders" (youth facilitators), we have seen a significant reduction in anxiety among primary students and an increase in community engagement.
October 2025: Building Emotional Resilience
- Mental Health Workshops: We launched the "Physical and Emotional Health" series for 80 participants. Primary students learned to identify emotions and practice the "4-4-6 breathing" technique to manage anxiety.
- Youth Empowerment: "Little Ant Leaders" (Grades 7-12) took on facilitator roles, practicing servant leadership by guiding younger peers through emotional reflection.
- Family Engagement: Held a Parents’ Meeting with 36 participants. A "Family Relationship Strength Assessment" revealed a high score of 4.24/5, indicating strong family resilience, though highlighting a need for deeper listening skills.
- Evangelism Camp: Conducted the "Unshakable Kingdom" camp for 80 youth, focusing on self-worth (Inward), connection with God (Upward), and community support (Outward).
November 2025: Cultivating Empathy and Forgiveness
- The Power of Empathy: Activities focused on "Active Empathy" and the "ABCD" process of seeking and granting forgiveness. 85% of primary students demonstrated the ability to use empathetic language.
- Skill Mastery: "Little Ant Leaders" showed 90% proficiency in role-playing complex reconciliation scenarios, preparing them to be emotional anchors for their community.
- Safety Promotion: Produced a community campaign video advocating for 100% helmet use when riding motorcycles to ensure physical safety alongside emotional well-being.
December 2025: Reflection, Celebration, and Strategic Vision
- Year-End Evaluation: We successfully implemented "Dual Immunity"—where younger children are protected by their mentors, and mentors stay away from substance abuse to maintain their role-model status.
- Community Integration: Organized a Christmas Outreach and Thanksgiving event, fostering a sense of belonging and joy among at-risk children and their families.
- 2026 Strategic Planning: Developed the "Strong Roots, Wide Shade" vision for 2026, focusing on four pillars: Leadership Upgrading, Family Integration, Modern Immunity (Mental Health & Digital Literacy), and Community Scaling.
Impact Story
We witnessed profound life changes this quarter. Natthakit (13) found confidence and spiritual peace by serving others, while Nattapapat (14), struggling with chronic illness and emotional instability, learned to manage her triggers through prayer and self-regulation. Most movingly, Nabo (10), a Lahu girl from a family impacted by drug abuse, now finds the center to be her "Safe Space" and looks up to the Little Ant Leaders as her heroes.
