$100,000 will partially fund 100 mentor-mentee matches beginning in March for the duration of the programme (March - December). Funds cover training, program coordination, supervision, support materials, and structured goal-setting. These matches are more than just conversations, they are life-changing relationships that offer consistency and care in a world that often lacks both.
At SAYes Mentoring, we believe every young person deserves someone in their corner. Our mentorship programs pair youth transitioning out of care and other vulnerable backgrounds in South Africa and the UK with trained, committed mentors who offer support, guidance, and connection. By providing one-on-one mentorship for an entire year, we help young people build the confidence, life skills, and stability they need to shape their own futures.
