Happy New Year!
Greetings from team Men End FGM Foundation (MEF). Despite the need for this project there has been a slow response to the online fundraiser. This has sent us to the Plan B, writing proposals and pitching the project to offline donors and supporters. This is an ongoing process and we shall be updating you as to when we hit the ground running. The amount raised so far online was not sufficient to kickstart the initiative, but we remain optimist in that things will change in the near future.
The need for empowerment and mentorship of the boychild remains key in our gender equality space and we contimue to prioritise the same in our interventions going forward.
