Dear Sembrador,
How wonderful it is to connect and share more good news!
Thanks to contributions like yours, this year more than 17 young people have already found quality digital jobs to begin building their professional careers. This is our main KPI, and we want to thank YOU for your continued support of this project that is truly changing the lives of so many young people.
With the motto "One scholarship changes one life," in May we launched our individual donor campaign aiming to add 500 new donors; by the moment we´ve reached 249!!! So please don´t be shy and invite any friend of yours who believe that with more opportunities, many boys and girls in vulnerable situations can move forward. Invite a friend sharing this linkThis new income will allow us to incorporate technical tools and staff so that Semillero Digital can continue to grow.
We also want to share a very important milestone with you all: after years of hard work and dedication, we are happy to announce that at Semillero Digital we have launched our first Alumni Network, with over 100 young people enrolled who have decided to continue investing in their future. They are looking to strengthen their professional profiles with additional training, explore new job opportunities, and connect with companies that value their talent and commitment.
Words of thanks are never enough. Here you can see a photo of very happy students participating in our visit to Google—a highlight of this quarter without a doubt. There, they took part in a workshop called "I Am Extraordinary," aimed at recognizing their personal and professional achievements and learning how to communicate them in job interviews.
I hope this message conveys the joy we feel as we continue to grow and support young people who are making great efforts to overcome challenges—your involvement plays a key role in this journey.
Until next time!
Inés
