We are pleased to share an update on our ongoing project, which aims to provide both livelihoods and essential sanitary products to women and girls in need.
While the project is progressing, it is moving more slowly than we had initially hoped. Despite the generous funding we have received, we continue to face challenges, including sewing machine breakdowns and limited availability of materials. Nevertheless, our team remains committed, and we are steadily moving forward.
Through our sewing center, women are producing high-quality sanitary pads that are reaching the girls and women who need them most. This work not only addresses a critical health need but also provides women with valuable skills and a source of income.
Below are a few photos showcasing the pads being produced by the women at our sewing center. Their dedication and hard work are making a real difference in our community.
We are grateful for your support, which enables us to continue this important work, and we remain committed to expanding our impact despite the challenges we face.
