SHARE HOPE, CHANGE LIVES: SPONSOR A CHILDS JOURNEY

Dear Patron,

Greetings from El Shaddai Charitable Trust. We bring to you our latest report on “share hope, change lives: sponsor a child’s journey”.

It is rightly said "Hope is the seed we plant today for a brighter tomorrow."

El Shaddai Charitable Trust, provides the underprivileged children with opportunities for education, health, and a brighter future. We focus on improving the well-being of children living in poverty, addressing issues like hunger, abuse, and lack of education. A total of 700 children are fed daily with warm, home cooked nutritious meals and are also provided with education, health checkups and counselling. Access to healthcare and proper nutrition is fundamental to breaking the cycle of poverty.

We have a story of a little boy named Suraj (name changed). He lived in the slums of Calangute, Goa. He was often seen begging on the streets, while his mother sold balloons to earn a living. He often wished to go to school, to be able to have a good meal and never have to go to sleep on an empty stomach. One day the El Shaddai Staff came across this child and his mother. They were moved by their sad plight and took them to the shelters where they were both given warm food, a place to stay, a bed and love and care. The child was enrolled in our homes and the mother in our shelters. Now this child has a big smile on his face as he goes to school by the school bus and enjoys having warm and nutritious food with his new found friends.

We the El Shaddai family are very grateful for the love and support we have received from generous donors and kind well-wishers like you all.

We extend our gratitude for all that you do for aiding us and enabling us to provide for these children. We can help all these communities to dream big and achieve their dreams.
