After floods 2025 women now started earning at local level

The women and girls issue unsolved in all times, education or economic stability remain unmet and local level women suffering al lot, all types of Adi / donations and support did not help, these rural women and girls needs skills and solutions to end their problems and crisis and convert it into the opportunity.

See AHD helped 230 women in rural areas during 2023 to 2025 and during floods women managed their food and economic vis skills and sewing cloths and growing small scale vegetables

AHD team thinking to scale up solutions in rural areas and build capacity of local women to earn al local level and enjoy their good health and finance earning at local level.

A Women from poor family, is the resident of village near Thatta, she is 20 years old, and she lived with 10 family members 6 male and 4 female. She is contributing with her mother in house and agricultural land work. She said for the drinking water every day she traveled 2-3 times to collect water from nearby hand pump. But since last 2 years now she happy as the Nadi filter unit installed at their house and she have no extra burden to collect water from outside.

She is happy because of using Nadi filter, she said that our health is getting better and our expenses on diseases are saved now due to decreased in diseases. She further told that before use of Nadi filter water they were using canal water and suffering from many water borne diseases like diarrheas, skin diseases and choleras etc. she told us that not only they like the clean water but its taste is good and now I am drinking g more water as compare to previous I was drinking very limited glass of water due to bad taste. She is happy and praying for AHD staff and organization to continue such work for other peoples also as the nearby village communities needs it.
