Women in the race of Development
Vocational Training is an innovative initiative of AHD for the rural community to empower them economically. The poor women from village nearby district Tando Muhammad Khan aimed to improve her life and wanted to better the economic condition but it was not easy due to lack of limited opportunities. To increase access of employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, AHD has provided training to this young woman. The training typically includes development of technical capacity, entrepreneurship, and business skills. Now she has the skills that can lead to economic advancement. In this village women got the platform due to AHD vocational training centre and ready to augment their skills to take part in their development.
