Afghan Institute of Learning, workshop centers that are scattered in the populous region of the capital of Kabul and Herat have been in motion for almost a decade now. The purpose of these workshops are for women and any other individual to develop soft skills and skills that would help them develop their own small businesses such as: tailoring, craftsmenship, farm-growing, computer development, and etc. For the rights of the people of Afghanistan to learn skillship, if they're unemployed or the only person in their family to work and bring food to the table. However recent situitions have put women in a turmoil are goverenment restrictions become more severe. This does not stop AIL from the goal of allowing the women and children of the country to sit in disarry, because they are the future of Afghanistan.
