About 50 villages needs solar lights near Sujawal
AHD staff is working in 6 Union Councils of Sujawal district since 2019 and helping poor village communities with solar lights, about 50 villages with more than 1,800 families covered in safe drinking water project, the villages damaged during the floods 2019 with 100% families affected with houses destruction & crops damaged 100% in all 6 UCs.
The villagers requesting for the Solar Lights for their houses, the villagers livelihood mostly farming, fisheries or labor families very poor and don’t have enough food and proper shelter. This project will cover more than 1,800 families all affected by floods and facing poverty since the floods 2019.
We hope that donors will consider supporting this project with US $ 18,000 US $ for 2022 to enable us to provide solar light for the 1,800 poor villagers facing extreme poverty.
